This privacy policy explains how Made AI handles personal data of visitors and clients of madeaiagency.com. We try to keep things short and honest.

Who we are

Made AI is an AI consultancy operated as a sole proprietorship in Spain. Contact: hello@madeaiagency.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email and message you send us. We use these only to reply to you.
• Anonymous analytics: aggregated visit data via Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies, no IP-tracking, no profiling.

How we use it

We answer your message and, if a project starts, store the conversation history needed to deliver the work. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Email infrastructure

Outgoing email is sent via Resend. Email content travels through their servers as part of normal SMTP delivery.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask us to access, rectify or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@madeaiagency.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Retention

We keep contact form messages for up to 24 months, unless we have an active commercial relationship — then we keep them as long as the relationship lasts plus the legally required period for invoicing (4–6 years).

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top.
